red 50/50 FP/SP mix* - 18 g

red (or other colour of your choice)

paste (gel) colour:
black (or other colour of your choice)

FP = flower paste (gum paste).
SP = sugarpaste (fondant).
50/50 FP/SP mix = FP and SP mixed in a 1:1 ratio. To make a 50/50 FP/SP mix, mix similar size pieces of FP and SP.

Apply a small amount of white dust on the upper right side of the balloon. It will look like the balloon is shiny (light reflection).
