Peel the paste gently from the board without stretching it*. Apply a small amount of glue on the underside of the paste. Don’t apply glue on the ends of the strip (you will need to trim the overlapping ends). Stick it as shown in the photo.
* If you feel that the paste is stretching a lot, leave it to dry for some time before peeling it from the board.
