Roll two 5 mm balls of white flower paste and stick them in the previously created holes.
Roll a 3 mm ball of black flower paste and stick it in the mouth. Use a dresden tool to smooth the paste in the mouth and widen the smile a bit. Use a scalpel to make shallow cuts (create a smile as shown in the photo).
