  • scalpel
  • wooden skewer (bbq stick) x 2
  • dresden tool
  • ball tool  - 7 mm (or similar size) - I used a bone tool
  • small rolling pin
  • bone tool (or use the round side of the dresden tool)
  • round cutters:
    • 50 mm (or similar size) - This cutter needs to be similar size as the head.
    • 40 mm (or similar size)
    • 20 mm (or similar size)
    • 16 mm (or similar size)
  • piping nozzle - 1 mm (or similar size)
  • brushes:
    • glue - medium round, fine round
    • dusting - medium flat, small round
  • scissors (or use a scalpel)
  • pliers
  • styrofoam cake dummy
  • non-stick board
  • Flower paste (gum paste)*:
    • yellow - 73 g
    • red - 4 g
    • black - 1 g
  • Edible glue
  • Dust colours
    • orange yellow
    • red
* You don’t have to use the same type of paste as me. If you decide to use sugarpaste (fondant) instead of flower paste (gum paste), make sure you add quite a lot of CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) to it. It will make the paste thicker and speed-up the drying time. That way the body won’t sink under the weight of the head.
