Roll out about 6 g of white SP/FP mix to about 1 mm thick. Don’t use any corn flour or icing sugar underneath – you want the paste to cling slightly to the board (that way you won’t have to use glue to stick the elements on). Cut out a heart and a teardrop. Clean the edges if there’s need.
