  • heart cutter: 43 mm (or similar size)
  • teardrop cutters: 40 mm x 30 mm; 15 mm x 11 mm (or similar size)
  • wooden skewer (bbq stick)
  • styrofoam cake dummy (covered with cling film)
  • Sugarpaste (fondant)*
  • Flower paste (gum paste)*
  • 50/50 flower paste / sugarpaste mix**
  • CMC***

**50/50 mix = half/half = f.ex. 50 g of flower paste mixed with 50 g of sugarpaste
*** I added the CMC only to the black sugarpaste/flower paste mix. Keep on adding the CMC gradually, until the paste gets thick, but you can still roll a smooth ball. The body and the head need to be firm before you attach the head to the body. If they are too soft, they will start sinking.

  • Flower paste (gum paste):
    • blue - 1 g
    • yellow - 1 g
    • green - 1 g
  • 50/50 flower paste / sugarpaste mix:
    • black - 92 g (with CMC)
    • white - 12 g
