**50/50 mix = half/half = f.ex. 50 g of flower paste mixed with 50 g of sugarpaste
*** I added the CMC only to the black sugarpaste/flower paste mix. Keep on adding the CMC gradually, until the paste gets thick, but you can still roll a smooth ball. The body and the head need to be firm before you attach the head to the body. If they are too soft, they will start sinking.

Peal the heart from the board gently (don’t stretch it). Place it on the head. Press the heart gently to the head and smooth the surface. Make sure it stick well. If the underside of the paste has dried and it doesn’t want to stick to the head, steam it a little bit (just the side you want to be sticky) and then stick it on.
