Roll two 8 mm balls of blue paste. Form two teardrops. Flatten them and press between your fingers to create triangles (you might need to flatten and press from sides a couple of times). Use the wide end of the dresden tool to make side indentations on the bow tie loops. Use the fine end of the dresden tool to indent lines as shown in the photo.
Roll a 4 mm ball of blue paste (bow tie knot).
