- Edible glue is the most popular choice. It's used to:
- stick pieces of sugar paste together
- attach sticks and florist wires
- attach decorations (f.ex. dragees) to the cake.
- It will work only if at least one of the surfaces that you are trying to stick together is still soft (not dry).
- At times you need to hold the part that you want to attach for a while or support it until the adhesive sets.
