Roll out some white flower paste to about 1-1.5 mm thick. Let the piece dry from both sides for a few minutes. Cut out the teeth (various shapes and sizes). Apply a small amount of glue where the teeth will go. Stick the teeth inside the mouth. You might find it easier to use the mini palette knife (or other flat tool) to bring the teeth closer to the place where you want to stick them.
