Roll out about 10 g of red flower paste to about 1 mm. Cut out a strip as shown in the photo. You can use the template provided (go to the ‘Templates’ tab). I suggest you don’t use any corn flour underneath*. That way the paste will cling slightly to the board and you will be able to make the cuts without the paste moving around the board.

* If you don’t use corn flour, grease the non-stick board with a small amount of white vegetable fat (thin almost invisible layer). If you don’t grease the board it might be difficult to peel the paste from the board (the paste will stretch or tear).
