Make the bottom, straight cut with a scalpel. Check the length of the fringe with the topper. Shorten it if there's need. Cut out small triangles. Stick the fringe to the head.
Insert two short pieces of cocktail sticks or wires as shown in the photo.
Roll two 1 cm balls of mint paste. Indent lines on them. Stick them as shown in the photo.
