Roll a 60 g ball of white paste. Flatten it slightly, so that the head is larger than the body.
Use the 5 cm round cutter and a scalpel to remove some paste as shown in the photo.
Roll out the ivory paste to the same thickness as the depth of the face indentation. Use the same cutter to cut out an eye shape.
