Don’t expect too much from yourself and don’t judge yourself. If you can’t come up with anything, take a break, do something else. Come back to it later or even the next day.
I have bad days too sometimes. When I can’t come up with anything I simply accept it and say to myself ‘Oh well, I’ll come back to it the next day’. Sometimes I have the aha moment later that day. The idea pops into my head naturally without me even thinking about it.
