Start making the ears once both the head and the body are very firm of completely dry*. Roll about 3 g of yellow flower paste to about 3 mm. Let the paste dry from both sides for a while (the paste needs to hold the shape). Cut out two 16 mm (or similar size) circles. Trim them with a 50 mm (or similar size)** round cutter as shown in the photo.

* If you attach the head too early the cake topper will sink.
** The cutter should be the same or similar size as the head.
