Roll a 15 g ball of yellow flower paste*. Form a teardrop shape. Don’t make the tip too pointy. The body should look like something in between a teardrop and an egg.
* You don’t have to use the same type of paste as me. If you decide to use sugarpaste (fondant) instead of flower paste (gum paste), make sure you add quite a lot of CMC (carboxymethyl cellulose) to it. It will make the paste thicker and speed-up the drying time. That way the body won’t sink under the weight of the head.
