Roll two 1 cm balls of purple paste. Form two teardrop shapes. Flatten them. Press them between your fingers to create two triangle-ish shapes (the outside part of the bow loop is thicker than the inside part). Use the wide end of the dresden tool to make marks as shown in the photo.
