mint blue (blue + a touch of yellow) - 165 g
pink (rose) - 14 g
Flower paste (gum paste):
caramel (brown + yellow + a touch of rose) - 4 g
black - 1 g

Roll out about 13 g of pink paste to about 3 mm thick. Don’t use any cornflour underneath (so that the paste clings to the board slightly). Release it from the board and place it on the board once again (after you put the paste back on the board it will cling to it but not as much as before). Cut out the icing shape. It needs to be big enough to cover the top of the head.
