**50/50 mix = half/half = f.ex. 50 g of flower paste mixed with 50 g of sugarpaste
*** I added the CMC only to the black sugarpaste/flower paste mix. Keep on adding the CMC gradually, until the paste gets thick, but you can still roll a smooth ball. The body and the head need to be firm before you attach the head to the body. If they are too soft, they will start sinking.

Check if the body is firm. The head needs to be quite firm as well. If there’s need – leave both the head and the body to dry for some time. Once the body and head are firm apply some glue on the skewer and the top part of the body. Make a hole in the bottom of the head with a dry skewer. Attach the head to the body.
