Stick the bow tie as shown in the photo. Roll a small amount of white paste very thin. I suggest using white flower paste (you can roll it out very thin). Leave the piece to dry from both sides for a few minutes. Use the piping nozzle to cut out circles. Use a fine brush with a very small amount of glue to pick the circles up from the board and stick them on the hat.
Dust the topper:)
