Roll some light mint flower paste as thin as possible without ripping. You will need a strip long enough to go around the bottom of the dress. Flip the flower paste to the other side and let it dry for about 1 min. Flip it back over to the other side and use a round cutter (check size with the photo) to make cuts as shown in the photo. Then make a long cut with a knife as shown in the photo.
