This cake topper is very quick & easy to make :) Perfect for last minute cakes!

1.

Roll a 100 g ball of white flower paste (gum paste)*. Roll a thick, tapering slightly towards one end sausage.

* You don’t have to use the same type of paste as me. For more information go to the ‘Edibles’ tab.

This is how the shape looks like at this stage.

Press the wider end to the board. Keep on pressing it and rotating it around its axis. Hold your fingers so that they touch the board. That way you will flatten the bottom and get a sharp edge. If you hold you fingers higher you will shorten the body and you will not get a sharp edge.
