Roll a 4 g ball of black sugarpaste. Use a 13 mm ball tool to make an indentation as shown in the photo. Stick a 9 mm ball of white sugarpaste in the indentation. Use the ball tool to gradually spread the sugarpaste inside the ear (circular moves). Use a cutter to create a curved cut as shown in the photo. Repeat this step for both ears.
