Once the paste holds the shape well, use a 25 mm (or similar size) round cutter to cut out two circles. Clean the edges if there’s need. Then use a larger round cutter to trim the base of the ears. The cutter should be similar size as the head. I used a 5 cm wide teardrop cutter.
