In this tutorial I'll show you how to make a Mad Hatter's Hat Cake Topper. It can be used as a decoration or a top tier. If you want the hat to have cake inside, simply substitute the polystyrene with cake.

Place the circle the right side up (the fully textured side up) on a cake drum and on a piece of greaseproof paper. Apply some glue on the narrower end of the dummy and position it in the middle of the circle as shown in the photo.
