light grey - 125 g (if you are making the topper on a 14 cm board, if not - you will need just 2 g)
orange - 190 g
green - 1 cm ball
brown - 6 mm ball

white - 5 mm ball
yellow - 1 g
purple - 10 g
pink - 3 mm ball

Add a little buckle to the hat. Dust the hat (violet dust), eyes (orange dust; outer part of eye ball) and ears (black dust).
