Bow: Roll out two 9 mm balls of black flower paste. Form two teardrop shapes and flatten them. Use the wider side of the dresden tool to make a shape as shown in the photo. Roll out a 6 mm ball of white flower paste and use the dresden tool and the stick tool create a skull shape as shown in the photo.
Eyelashes: Roll thin, long sausages of black flower paste and stick them on the top eyelids as eyelashes. Dust the topper using dark grey or black dust colour and blue (for th eyes).
