Grooms Set (3 Variations) — Tutorial + Templates

These groom toppers are cute and approachable, but they still have that clean, modelled look that keeps them from feeling overly cartoonish. The face and features are made with a simple, repeatable method, so you can get a consistent, polished result while you’re still building confidence with figurines.

In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to make three different groom designs built from the same base. One version is shown in full detail, and then I’ll walk you through the adjustments that create the other two — so you can work efficiently without having to reinvent the process each time.

Templates are included to guide sizing and proportions, and the design is easy to tailor by changing suit colours, small details, hairstyles, and skin tones. You can also use the templates for classic 'man-in-a-suit' toppers for other celebrations, and it pairs beautifully with the matching bride tutorial (available separately) if you’d like to create a full couple.
