Roll out about 3 g of white flower paste (gum paste) to about 3-4 mm. Use a 22 mm x 17 mm (or similar size) teardrop cutter to cut out a teardrop shape. Cut it in half as shown in the photo. Flatten the top part of the ears, but leave the bottom part thick (don’t flatten it). That way you will be able to insert the wire inside without it showing or poking through. 

Roll out a small piece of ivory flower paste (gum paste) very thin (1 mm or less). Let it dry from both sides for a moment. That way it will hold the shape well. Use a 18 mm x 13 mm teardrop cutter to cut out a small teardrop shape. Cut it in half. Use a very small amount of glue to stick the ivory pieces to the ears as shown in the photo. Press gently from the top, but don’t flatten the bottom part of the ears. Let the ears dry for a few minutes - they need to hold the shape well.
