This dinosaur topper was inspired by an illustration sent over to me by one of my lovely customers :) Thank you Sara for letting me share this design with other cake decorators! :)

50/50 FP/SP mix:
cream - 12 g
dark blue - 2 g

light blue - 10 mm ball

bright green - 8 mm ball (lemon yellow + a touch of sky blue)
Edible glue
* FP = flower paste = gum paste; SP = sugarpaste = fondant; to make the 50/50 mix, mix similar size pieces of both types of paste f.ex. 20 g of FP and 20 g of SP.
**Keep on adding the CMC until the paste gets thick but you can still roll a smooth ball. Add more to the body and head than to the legs or arms.
12.5 cm (without the hat)
16 cm (with the hat)
22.
Roll small dark blue balls various sizes. Flatten them. Stick them on as shown in the photo.
At this stage I suggest leaving the body and head to DRY OVERNIGHT. The front of the head is heavy ( it will pull down), so the body and head need to be firm.
Before leaving them to dry make sure that the hole in the head is at a proper angle.
