I made this cow cake topper using the Donkey Tutorial.

Stick the horns to the head. Make the mane the same way as in the Donkey Tutorial, but use smaller size balls. I left the back of the head with no hair and I didn't mind it being a bit flat (comparing to the Donkey's back of the head which was filled with hair).
